Plaid Map Texas Home For Christmas Ugly 3D Hoodie

The words I’ll Be Home for Christmas sit inside the outline of Texas, and the state itself is filled with red, green and gold plaid, so the sentence arrives with an address attached. Home is the biggest word, set in looping navy script with a pale outline around it. The line is old and familiar. Placed on a map, it becomes a promise to one particular place.

The Plaid Map Texas Hoodie That Spells Home in Navy Script

This Plaid Map Texas Home For Christmas Ugly 3D Hoodie is a red hooded pullover for people who spend the holidays away from Texas and for anyone whose Christmas still points back to a Texas kitchen table. A cream band of navy snowflakes crosses the shoulders and winds around the hood, finished with white drawstrings. Pale snowflakes drift down the red body and along both sleeves, as if the weather followed you home.

Red Trucks Carrying Trees Around the Hem

Near the bottom, a navy stripe holds a row of tiny red pickups, each with a green tree riding in the bed. Below it, a red stripe of white pines and gold snowflakes keeps the rhythm going, and the same little trucks reappear at the cuffs. Anyone who has tied a tree down in a truck bed knows that picture. It belongs to a certain kind of Christmas, the kind where the tree comes home last and everyone helps carry it in.

We made this ugly hoodie to be worn out loud: to a sweater party, to the airport arrivals curb, to the first cold morning back in a family kitchen. The plaid Texas outline tells people where you come from before you say a word. Worn with jeans and the hood up or down, it suits a son driving in from another state or a grandmother who kept the porch light on.

Will the Texas Plaid and Red Trucks Still Fit Once January Arrives?

The Texas outline and the pickup border both work at any cold-weather gathering, so the hoodie stays useful after the tree comes down. It also makes an easy layer for winter evenings spent back home.

Pull the hood up, leave the drawstrings loose, and let the little red truck at each cuff ride along on the drive back.
