At Podluna, customer satisfaction is our priority. This policy explains when returns, exchanges, replacements, or refunds are accepted and how we handle them.
This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to all orders shipped within the United States and internationally unless otherwise stated.
1. Return & Refund Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges for any reason within 30 days of delivery — including change of mind, incorrect size, color preference, wrong product ordered, or any defect or fulfillment error.
All items must be in new condition — unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging — to qualify for a return or exchange.
Eligible return reasons include, but are not limited to:
Defective or Incorrect Items:
- Defective due to a manufacturing or printing error
- Damaged during production or shipping
- Incorrectly fulfilled (wrong item or design received)
Non-Defective Items:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Color preference
- Ordered the wrong product
Return shipping is free of charge for all eligible returns and exchanges. We do not charge any restocking fees.
2. How to Request a Return, Exchange, or Refund
To submit a claim, please:
- Email us at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery.
- Include your order number.
- Provide clear photos showing the item’s condition.
- Briefly describe the reason for your return or exchange.
A prepaid return shipping label is included in your package at no cost. Simply use it to send the item back once your return is confirmed.
Please do not return any items without contacting us first.
3. Resolution Method
Depending on the situation, we may offer:
- A replacement
- An exchange for a different size, color, or product
- A refund to the original payment method
- Store credit
We will determine the most appropriate resolution based on the nature of the issue.
4. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 4 days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been issued.
5. International Orders
For orders shipped outside of the United States, please note:
Processing Times: International returns may take longer to process due to customs clearance procedures and longer transit times.
Customs Duties & Taxes: Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges are determined by the destination country’s customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Non-Refundable Fees: In the event of a return or refund, these government-imposed fees cannot be recovered by Podluna and are therefore non-refundable.
