At Podluna, customer satisfaction is important to us. Because our products are custom made-to-order, this policy explains when returns, replacements, or refunds are accepted and how we handle them.

This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to all orders shipped within the United States and internationally unless otherwise stated.

1. Return & Refund Eligibility

Because all products are custom printed per order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Color preference
  • Ordering the wrong product

However, we accept return or replacement requests within 30 days of delivery if the item is:

  • Defective due to a manufacturing or printing error
  • Damaged during production or shipping
  • Incorrectly fulfilled (wrong item or design received)

In these cases, Podluna covers all return and replacement costs. Customers are not required to pay any return shipping or restocking fees for approved claims.

2. How to Request a Return or Refund

To submit a claim, please:

  1. Email us at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number.
  3. Provide clear photos showing the issue.
  4. Briefly describe the problem.

Our support team will review your request and respond with the next steps.

Please do not return any items without contacting us first.

3. Resolution Method

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • A replacement
  • A refund to the original payment method
  • Store credit

We will determine the most appropriate resolution based on the nature of the issue.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Delivery and return processing times may be longer for international shipments.
