Order Processing / Fulfillment Time
All orders are made-to-order. Our production team requires 1–3 business days to print, pack, and prepare your items for shipment.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
Podluna ships using trusted carriers:
- US Domestic: USPS, UPS, FedEx
- International: UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS where available
You will receive a tracking number for every order, which can be checked on our Tracking page.
Shipping Times
- Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days after fulfillment
- International: 7–15 business days after fulfillment

Shipping costs start at $6.20 and vary depending on weight, destination, and chosen shipping method. Exact shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Podluna takes full responsibility for items lost or damaged during shipping. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at [email protected]. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
