At Podluna, we want you to be happy with your custom printed products. Because our items are made to order, this policy explains when returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted and how we handle them.


Made‑to‑Order Items

All products sold by Podluna are custom printed per order. Because of this, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, color choice, or change of mind.


Partial Exchanges (At Our Discretion)

Partial exchanges for size or product adjustments may be offered at our discretion, subject to production partner availability. Customers may be required to cover a portion of the additional cost.


Defects & Errors

Podluna accepts returns, replacements, or refunds for items that are:

  • Defective due to a printing error
  • Damaged during production or shipping
  • Incorrectly fulfilled

Podluna will cover all associated costs for returns or replacements in these cases.


Resolution Method

Podluna reserves the right to offer a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the nature of the issue and what is most appropriate to resolve the situation.


How to Request a Return or Refund

To submit a claim:

  1. Email us at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number, clear photos of the issue, and a brief description.
  3. Our support team will review and respond with next steps.

Please do not return products without contacting us first.


Refund Processing

  • Eligible refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

International Orders

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties imposed by your country.
  • These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are non‑refundable.
