Payment Authorization

By placing an order, you authorize Podluna to charge your selected payment method for the total amount shown at checkout.

Currency

All transactions are processed in USD by default. For international orders, other currencies may be supported depending on the payment processor. Exchange rates and fees may apply depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refunds & Chargebacks

  • Refunds for eligible orders are processed back to the original payment method within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Any issues or disputes related to payments must be reported to Podluna within 30 days of the transaction.

Taxes

Podluna collects applicable sales tax for US orders where required by law. International taxes, duties, or VAT may be charged by your country and are the responsibility of the customer.

Pricing Errors

Podluna reserves the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.

Payment Verification & Fraud Prevention

  • All transactions are monitored for fraud and suspicious activity.
  • Podluna reserves the right to cancel orders that appear fraudulent.
  • In such cases, your payment will be refunded, and you will be notified via your registered email address.

Secure Processing Disclaimer

Podluna does not store full payment card details on its servers. All sensitive payment information is processed securely by our payment processors.
