What Happens After a Notice Is Received

  • Contacting the party responsible for the content
  • Investigating the claim and preventing further violations when necessary

Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and applicable law, Podluna maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers.

Counter Notification

If you believe that material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter notification. Your counter notice must include:

  2. Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district, and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.
